No. Plenty of clients never appear in frame — we build around premises, product, process and team-at-work instead. If you do want to be on camera and hate the idea, we shoot in short takes with prompts rather than scripts.
Travel across Greater Western Sydney is included. Metro Sydney and regional shoots are quoted with travel at cost, and we are happy to do interstate for multi-day bookings.
You do. Every edited asset and the shared library are yours to keep and use anywhere, forever. We only ask to use selected work in our own portfolio, and we will check first.
Turnaround is agreed at the planning call and confirmed in your booking, so you know the delivery date before the shoot happens. Event coverage can include a same-night selection for socials where you need it.
Yes, and it is the most common combination. Book the shoot on its own, or fold it into an organic social retainer where the content is planned, produced and posted by the one team.
For outdoor shoots we hold a backup date at no charge. We make the call together 24 hours out.
