Window Furnishing Client: Design & EDM Campaign

Our client is an Australian-owned business specialising in the production of high-quality window furnishing systems. With over 60 years of experience, they are committed to delivering innovative and durable products tailored to the specific requirements of the window furnishings industry. Their focus is on providing solutions that customers can rely on and take pride in using. They came to Hive to harness the creative strategies essential for successfully promoting their products and services. Some of the projects we’ve worked on with them are the Exhibition Graphics, EDMs and Catalogue.

Strategy

Our strategy for the Exhibition Graphics, EDMs and Catalogue were to keep the visual brand identity consistent across all assets, while showcasing their products and service in a clear and succinct way.

For the Exhibition Graphics the goal was to create visually eye-catching graphics that would make people stop and want to come over to their exhibition stand. We did this through creating the ‘JAI Journal’, a magazine cover that illustrated the brand’s values, reflected their personality and what sets them apart from their competitors. We wanted to move away from the boring, normal branded graphics you would usually see and come up with something that allowed us to tell their brand story in an engaging way.

The primary goal of EDM creation for the client was to engage and nurture their audience through personalised email content, driving outcomes such as customer engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, conversions and customer retention. The EDMs were focused on promoting their products, events and service while maintaining the cohesive brand identity, which was crucial as it reinforced brand recognition and trust among the audience. Furthermore, by analysing performance metrics we are able to continue to optimise their email campaigns. 

The goal of creating the catalogue was to provide a comprehensive and organised resource for customers, wholesalers and manufacturers to explore and understand the range of innovative and quality window furnishing products offered. The catalogue serves as a visual and informational guide, showcasing the various options available, along with specifications, features and pricing details. It also helps in highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of our client’s products, making it easier for customers to make informed purchasing decisions. The catalogue served as a powerful sales tool, enabling them to effectively promote its products to a wider audience and increase sales and market presence.

Results

The projects created,  including Exhibition Graphics, EDMs and Catalogue, were strategically executed with a focus on maintaining consistent visual brand identity. The Exhibition Graphics famed to engage viewers and draw them to the stand. EDMs aimed to establish meaningful connections with the audience through personalised content, driving engagement, brand recognition and lead generation. The catalogue served as a comprehensive resource, showcasing the quality products and acting as a powerful sales tool for market expansion.
